One science idea that i learned was living and non-living things. We also tried to find other categories other than living and non-living. We also placed things in these categorizes and explained why they are there. We also went online and looked at the patterns of two middle schools students and when they were sick. We tried to find out how they got sick and what cause it to spread.
We learned these ideas by discussing them in class. We also made hypothesis and observation on the website that showed the two middle schools. We also talked about the different categories of living and non-living and we came to conclusions of which other categories there are.
it is important to know these ideas because we need to know different categories to place things in. We need to know what the thing has or can do like can it reproduce and that, but if it doesn't have all of the characteristics that are in the category than it can't be in that category.
