Science

For the past week we went over went over the process of photosynthesis and respiration. We went over that an animal cell respirates and a plant cell does phoosynthesis. We talked about what is involved in photosynthesis and respiration and the organelles that do these things. We also talked about the molecules that pass through the two organelles, and how they work together. Then we talked about DNA and what it looks like.

We learned the idea of respiration when we talked about the molecules and atoms that are involved in it. We learned that they work together by seeing what atoms they took in and what atoms they gave off. We learned about DNA when we took a sample of one of our cells and getting the DNA from it.

It is important to know these ideas so we can use them in the future and to get the right answers on tests or a quiz. We can also use them in the future to help us in high school or college or if we become scientists.
